Observation

The sliding glass door which is an emergency exit was locked during the time of the visit. Baby gates block the emergency exits, one baby gate is located in the doorway of the main room and the second at the bottom of the stairs. Window in the infant room does not meet WAC requirments, window is 49 inches off the ground and was locked at the time of the visit. The window drops into unlicensed space.
